Thank you for the wonderful first yoga class at Soul city with Daria. I was not a big fan of yoga, perhaps because I didn't feel connected to the teacher during the session. Personally, I predominantly come to the teacher, because the vibes and energy that teacher transmits is critical for me. Daria's clear instructions and attention to student's progress make the sessions enjoyable and impactful. I really appreciate how she created a balanced mix of challenge and relaxation, while feeling conscious and present.
